This privacy policy (this “Policy”) describes how Silient LLC (“Silient”, "we," "our," or “us”), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information that a Silient prospective or existing customer (“you” or “your”) provides on the Silient website ( (“Silient Website”), any Silient mobile applications (“Apps”), other software and internet-enabled programs and services sponsored by Silient (collectively, the “Platform”), or when you communicate or interact with Silient, including our customer services team.
